Underhill Orangery

Duration: 16 weeks

Contract Value: £150,000

This residential new build Orangery seamlessly blends into its surroundings with careful use of sustainable materials to create a bespoke build.

Working closely along Lee/Fitzgerald architects in London, a detailed specification and drawings were issued to work in tandem to create this unique space. British oak forms the main structure coupled with Purbeck rubble to match surrounding buildings.

A Bauder sedum roof has been installed sowed with wildflowers to enable integration.

The inside has been meticulously installed using reclaimed pennant flooring with the ceiling clad with western red cedar cladding.

One off bespoke Bath stone quoins, copins and carvings have been installed throughout this build. The joinery made bi-fold doors allows flow from inside to outside space for all weather conditions.
