Warleigh Manor is a Georgian manor house spread over 4500sqft built in 1815. Although in relatively good condition we undertook a large scope of evolving works which comprised of stone staircase cleaning, oak flooring throughout, limestone flooring, 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen and full re-decoration. The manor has many period features, stone carvings, high ceiling, intricate cornice detailing and complex timber mouldings to be carefully considering and protected throughout the renovation. The standout bathroom comprised of bookmatched large format marble, installed in the master en-suite cut from a single block of Carrera white marble specifically chosen for its vein detail, running floor to ceiling on all walls with very modern sanitary goods.
